All About Intensives

Until now, the typical way to partner with Victoria & Co. Digital was to work together over the course of 4 to 12 weeks - or longer - to design and develop your new brand and website. That model still works really well for many businesses and entrepreneurs who are looking for an in-depth overhaul of their website. But in addition to our standard longer-term offering, we’re now providing a new way to work with us: Intensives.

What exactly is an intensive? Let’s get into it…

For the decisive business owner who is looking to elevate their brand and digital presence quickly, Intensives offer a perfect solution. In short, you hire us for an abbreviated period of time, typically 1-5 days, and we give you our sole attention for that entire time to produce beautiful brand and digital content. You can even book us for a half day if you have a specific, limited-scope project. A full day Intensive is $2,000 - a fraction of the price for our full-service brand or website offerings.

I love working in this way because I find that when I remove all distractions, focus on one project, my creative juices really flow and I’m able to get in the zone, produce excellent results and deliver them immediately.

So what can we do in an Intensive?

When you inquire about an intensive, I’ll work with you to determine how much time is appropriate to accomplish your goals. We can focus on a specific, limited scope project, like creating a set of social media templates for you to use, or we can redesign and develop an entire brand and website. Here is a short list to get you thinking about what’s possible during an Intensive:

  • Landing Page Design

  • New Website (3-4 pages)

  • Webpage Redesign

  • New Website Feature Installation

  • Simple brand identity

  • Brand Guidelines

  • Social Media Templates (Canva)

  • PDF, Freebie, or e-Book Design

For clients who are looking to redesign their brand and website, I typically recommend at least a 2-day Intensive, although a 5-day Intensive (also called the Website in a Week package) will give you a more comprehensive process and final product.

How do Intensives work?

When you book an Intensive with us, we will set up a detailed timeline and project management dashboard to ensure we make the most of our limited time.

  1. We start with strategy - always. Even though we’re working in a shorter sprint, we have to begin with your goals, your audience, and your business. You’ll fill out a brand/website questionnaire and submit it to us at least two weeks before your Intensive begins. All of your content and brand assets are also due two weeks in advance.

  2. We review your questionnaire and content together during a Strategy Call one week before your Intensive. During that session, we may discuss overall mood and direction for your project so we can hit the ground running.

  3. The day (or days) of the Intensive are scheduled with a few check-ins throughout but we will also need you to be accessible for any questions during the entirety of the Intensive. By the end, you’ll have your new brand assets in hand and ready to go! *Keep in mind that we can’t guarantee deliverables during the timeline, but we always do our absolute best to ensure we meet our goals. When you book an intensive, you are booking the time not the final product.

  4. Then, post-handoff you will have us on call for either one or two weeks of support - depending on the project. We’re here to ensure your new designs come to life perfectly.

Check out the results a recent Intensive for Revival Therapy:

Revival Therapy Services is a new mental health counseling practice based in Denver, Colorado and they were in need of a brand and website in order to launch their business. We worked with them over the course of two Intensive days to design a simple logo, color palette, typography suite, brand guide, and even a full 5-page website (built on Squarespace) with custom code.

KIND WORDS:

“Victoria was professional, timely, she listened to our vision and made it a reality. We had a short time frame to be able to make our brand and website and she exceeded our expectations. Without her, our therapy group launch would not be possible. I highly recommend intensives if you have a short time frame. There is a lot of work to be done on the front end, but it is absolutely worth the investment to get your brand and website done right. When Victoria presented our website and logo I couldn’t help but smile from ear to ear. Something that makes Victoria stand out is relationship. Despite being an “intensive” she made the time to hear our vision and to create relationship with us. I felt safe to really express what I liked and what I wanted to continue looking at different options. Thank you so much, Victoria, for helping make our dream a reality!”
