Black Lives Matter

Scenic shot of the beach with waves hitting the rocks.

The aggression, brutality, and systemic injustice Black men and women have faced in this country has gone on for far too long. It is up to us - all of us - to stand up for each other, speak out against racism, and assure equality for all.

It seems like, finally, as a nation, we have woken up. People have taken to the streets and to social media to speak up for change - and if there is one undeniable benefit of social media, it is the ability to raise awareness. The movement has forced us to say we can and we must do better.

Victoria & Co. is a brand new business. That gives us the rare opportunity to start fresh and set an example of how to incorporate diversity and equality into our business model. With our new voice, here is how V & Co. promises to make a difference:

πŸ’› I will make a commitment to working with designers, developers, creatives and other consultants of color.

πŸ’› As my company grows, I will prioritize hiring a diverse team to bring a variety of backgrounds and life experiences.

πŸ’› I will contribute to organizations supporting the Black community, specifically female entrepreneurs, designers, and coders.

Let’s listen, learn, reflect, and act so that one day we can live in a more just society.

In solidarity,

Victoria Marzilli
