Studio Manager
We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented part-time Studio Manager to help manage our growing business of creating branding and websites for purpose-driven clients. (This is a remote independent contractor position.)

Digital is a Boston-based brand and web studio that specializes in brand strategy, visual identity, and website design & development for purpose-driven businesses and passionate entrepreneurs. We're a small team of creative individuals who lead with our signature empathy-driven approach brand strategy and design. About You
We're seeking a Studio Manager who can manage project delivery and help drive new business development. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director as we set priorities for business growth and sustainability. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, super detail-oriented, attentive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The role is a part-time position starting at about 10 hours per week, with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for monthly support clients, managing all communication and project management between the client and the agency
Utilize Asana to create, supervise, and complete tasks related to project management activities for current clients
Generate monthly hours reports and website analytics reports (in Canva) for retainer clients
Facilitate client onboarding and off-boarding communications
Ensure all necessary content is provided for project initiation and completion — this is a big one. You should be detail-oriented and meticulous to make sure we have all of the information and content we need to complete the tasks
Coordinate with our team to make sure they have everything they need to design/develop.
Facilitate the sharing of handoff packets to clients, creating training videos if needed
New Business Support:
Support business development by responding to new inquiries, setting up discovery calls, and sending proposals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in project management or business development
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with Asana, Squarespace, and/or Shopify is a plus
You must have your own laptop, monitor, and equipment
This is a part-time remote independent contractor role with potential to grow
Compensation & Perks
Compensation range is $25-35 per hour, based on experience and skill level
$500 annual stipend for continuing education and professional development (*eligible after the first 90 days)
