meet victoria
As someone who was always told I was “too sensitive”, I eventually realized that what I thought was a weakness could actually be a strength. While I was creating brands and websites for my clients, I put my hypothesis to the test, digging into their audience, interviewing clients, creating empathy maps and customer journeys - all before ever sketching a logo or writing a line of code. Instantly, I started to see amazing results for my clients. Now I’m convinced that empaths and highly sensitive people make the best brand strategists and designers.
I launched V&Co in 2020 after working for 12 years in digital communications for big brands like Harvard and Oxfam, with the aim of elevating purpose-driven companies and passionate entrepreneurs.
Before that, I learned the basics (and had a lot of fun) at Boston College where I studied marketing and have been working in this ever-evolving field ever since. When I’m not at my laptop, you can probably find me on my yoga mat, at the beach on Cape Cod, or exploring the mountains of New England.

From Cleveland, Ohio, Anastasija lends her design expertise for our client collateral and V&Co marketing.
If she is not designing, you will find her watching tennis, chilling at art museums, or planning another trip to Mediterranean.
She holds degree in Visual Communications, and is currently a professor of design at Cuyahoga Community College.

Based in Boston, Vanessa started her own lifestyle brand in 2012 and began offering social media strategy consulting shortly thereafter.
She has contributed content, managed accounts and consulted on projects for various clients in the beauty, hospitality, wellness, travel, fashion and government/ political industries.
