What does empathy-driven mean?

Glad you asked! Empathy-driven strategy and design is our way of creating branding and websites that intuitively connect with your audience and authentically express your unique brand. We put an emphasis on user research in the early stage of the project and use tools like persona profiles, empathy maps, user journeys to put ourselves in the position of your ideal client or customer.

As an empath and inherently sensitive person, Victoria has a knack for understanding just the right approach for our clients. We also practice being aware of potential biases and assumptions throughout the process.

Which website platforms do you build on?

After testing many different website platforms, our favorites are Squarespace and Shopify. We’re also building out our Webflow capabilities.

Can you just design a logo?

No. We would be doing you a disservice if we simply designed a logo without understanding your brand substance, your audience, your market and your persona. Our work is based on strategy and so we strongly encourage you invest in brand strategy before jumping into design.

Do you offer copywriting?

We do not offer copywriting in-house, but we can refer you to some excellent copywriters that we’ve worked with in the past! We’re happy to collaborate with whoever you choose.

What is the investment?

Our Brand Intensive is $495 — a bargain for the insight and guidance that’s included!

All of our custom projects are all priced individually based on the client’s unique needs. Most brand strategy projects start at $5K and a full brand strategy, design, and website project may be anywhere from $10K - $30K or more depending on a variety of factors. How long does a typical project take?

It depends! To get started, your Brand Intensive will only take one week. A full brand strategy project is estimated to take about 4-6 weeks depending on your needs. And the complete package of brand strategy, design, and website is generally 3-4 months. We pride ourselves on being strategy focused and detail oriented — which takes time!

What if I just need a quick brand and web refresh?

If you have a limited time and budget, we offer a brand and web refresh package that consists of a strategy session, updated color palette, updated typography, and a 5-page website without custom code.
